“ La nuova gestione ha sicuramente dato la sua impronta al locale. Personale gentile e preparato, cibo ottimo e soprattutto apertivi ricchi senza spendere troppo. Sono sempre alla ricerca di posti in cui non offrono solo patatine e arachidi per accompagnare uno Spritz o una semplice coca cola, e finalmente l’ho trovato. Focacce, mini panini, salumi e tanto altro. Tornerò sicuramente per provare le specialità della cucina italiana che preparano per il pranzo, che sembrano davvero ottime. “ Avevamo pranzato in questo locale un paio di anni fa e ci eravamo trovati bene. Essendo di passaggio a Mendrisio abbiamo pensato di tornare nuovamente qui. Nonostante la gestione sia cambiata, possiamo rilevare solo aspetti positivi: accoglienza e gentilezza da parte del personale di sala e della proprietaria, locale molto pulito (anche i servizi), piatti buoni e prezzi davvero convenienti (considerando che siamo in Svizzera). A parte il menù "alla carta", si può scegliere una delle interessanti ed economiche formule: Menù Primo a CHF 14, Menù Secondo a CHF 16 o Menù Completo a CHF 19.50 in cui sono proposti il piatto (o i 2 piatti) + bibita e caffè. Se vi capita di essere in zona all'ora di pranzo/cena o aperitivo, fermatevi qui: ne rimarrete entusiasti. Osteria LA QUERCIA assolutamente consigliata dai NONZIIAZONZO ”
